A New Years resolution for me is to write more on this blog. Not just for brands or sharing my knowledge on specific subjects but to really write from the heart. I miss that.
I have many plans already for 2018 and cannot wait to get into the new year. At the end of 2017, I started exercising again after a neck injury from March. I have been enjoying fitness more than ever and am going to try my hand at paddle boarding as soon as spring arrives. I am a terrible swimmer which gives me more incentive to stay balanced and focused. My local water sports centre do 30-minute sessions and even hire out wet suits too. I am really looking forward to trying it but have heard it takes quite a few sessions to learn to balance. I am quite happy doing weekly Bootcamp sessions so may try and add in an early morning swim rather than join a gym. As a full-time Mother and home Maker, there really is no time to drive to the gym every day but I believe that by starting the day with an early morning workout, it sets me up to take on any challenges that the week may bring.
