There are so many reasons for me to be sending flowers this month, two of my friends have just had babies and another friend with a baby due any minute now! All girls too. Receiving flowers makes me feel really happy. I love the smell, the scent, the look but most of all i love the thought. I am a keen gardener and nothing makes me happier then growing and pruning my own flowers through out the year and displaying them in a vase on the kitchen table to brighten up the room. But life is busy and most people do not have the time to tend to a beautiful garden. Like my friends for instance. These three ladies have spent the past nine months preparing for their precious babies arrivals, people showering them with compliments and gifts for their little ones. But what about the Mums? Every Mum deserves a bunch of flowers and with fresh flowers being integrated with Interflora there is no excuse not to make a loved ones day wherever they are in the world and whatever life event they may be experiencing.
My 1st years is a company that produce personalized products for Babies and Children.
Olivia and i were sent some items to mess around with and have an afternoon of Mummy and Daughter fun! We had some well deserved time together after Olivia’s first week at Pre school and after a whole week of sleeping through the night she was due a treat. Her favorite activity is to paint and the gifts from My 1st years arrived just in time.
Of course being the child of a blogger i had to bribe her to stand still for ten seconds whilst i captured that perfect photograph for my post. But doesn’t she look so cute in her new personalized apron? We made lots of mess and thoroughly tested the fabric. After our play date Olivia’s apron was messy and covered in bright pink paint. The back of the apron is designed to slip off of the child’s body by simply loosening the velcro pads. Within ten seconds i had wiped the garment down and set to clearing the rest of the mess away.
