Reaching out from a first time mum
How time flies.
My little girl will be two years old in a few months time and i am still learning new parenting tricks every single day! Back in 2012 when Olivia was just a few months old i joined forces with my local radio to bring our listeners a parenting show. My listeners have played a huge part in helping me through Motherhood and we have covered subjects such as breastfeeding, weaning and sleep issues through to parenting, schooling and even marriage!
As Olivia is growing i have more questions but i also have a question from a new mum who is a regular listener and reader of the blog. We covered the subject on the show but it would be interesting to hear my listeners advice.
However big or small the question may be it is lovely to have the reassurance from family and friends, Mums, listeners and fellow bloggers.
Project Wedding Body
Life is crazy with a toddler and i am saving for our wedding therefore will not be spending money or time in a gym!

and founder of The Beez Kneez radio show today and we asked our listeners who are brides to be to send in their health and fitness related questions. The theme proved very popular and in case you missed it i would love to share some of the tips with you.
Our first bride asked Vicky the “best tips for skinny arms on her wedding day and actually this question popped up a few times due to the style and cut of modern wedding gown. Our other Brides to be asked about well being, health and diet.
