It is so rewarding just to grab a bunch of ingredients and put together a great dish. For months now I have been cooking and testing dishes to recreate for our wedding breakfast. Wedding planning is well under way and we are enjoying testing all things Morrocan based. so tonight my darling fiancé was served a dish fit for a king.
Slow cooked lamb served with Cous Cous accompanied with a rocket and chorizo salad.
The lamb was easy, after browning off in a pan I transferred to my casserole dish and added a few table spoons of water to keep moist. I also added chopped pepper, garlic and spring onion. chilli flakes for flavour and then Left to cook on a slow heat for an hour.
