Today I am sharing a new educational website that I have been enjoying Mrs Mactvity learning resources for primary aged kids and below.
Learning is one of the most precious skills that we can teach our kids and this month we have found a bundle of fun resources to keep that skill meaningful and interesting. Mrs Mactivity learning resources for primary aged kids and below offer worksheets and educational material which both coincides with the school curriculum and is unique and artistic.
Mrs Mactivity learning resource website offers a range of subjects including sheets to help with phonics and handwriting. My Daughter is a visual learner so we found the visual timetables and sound mats really useful in our house and an exciting way to learn and plan. With the help of the common exception word worksheets, my nearly six-year-old is learning her words for the year above her age.
In my opinion, Mrs Mactivity learning resources for primary aged kids and below is a website that home educators should definitely sign up for. At present, most of the resources are free so now is a great time to join up. There are also tons of Easter crafts and activities available. Some are new to the site today and I am excited to get printing, crafting and decorating for the holidays.
I found the Mrs Mactivity website really easy to navigate which means my Daughter can use it too. I love to give her independence whilst learning and ask her what subjects she wants to learn. One of the tasks we have been learning this term is how to use the printer. Olivia has chosen some really lovely projects from Mrs Mactivity and completed them with ease and enjoyment. My Daughter and her Grandma both have a passion for art. This spring Olivia printed, coloured and cut out the spring basket for her Grandma. It was a really lovely gesture and so thoughtful that Olivia was aware which type of artwork her Grandma would enjoy. We are currently working on some wreaths for her Aunties and have stuck the printables on a durable card to make them last longer.
Giving Olivia independence to explore the process of creations has brought reward to both of us. Art time is always very calming and we usually create pieces together as a family. I adore spending these times together around the kitchen table.
