The weather has been miserable in the garden and not much is going on out there, i have discovered lots of crafty foliage to be used along with Christmas styling so hopefully when i can pluck up the courage to brave the coldness of my crafting shed, i will nip out there and try my hand at creating a garland!
Until then Christmas decorating at the farm has commenced and we have wreaths, lights and Christmas props every where. We love this wooden sleigh we had made by a friend and cannot wait to use it. Last year we just did not have enough snow!
I have been spending quality time with all three of my big sisters and enticing them into helping make a hand made bamboo tree and wrapping presents for our local children’s hospital.
Bacon rolls all round of course!
Take a look at all my winter foliage i have been collecting in Hessian sacks. Next year i am in the process of planning a bloggers lunch and photography session using my cut flowers. I think maybe i should be planning a winter session too, so much greenery available!
Oh how i wish i had mistletoe here.
As you can see below i have bought some foliage , fern and berries in from the garden and teamed them with my copper lights.
Wishing you all a merry Christmas and many thanks for stopping by!
What a fab selection of foliage you have! I was lucky enough to get a huge bunch of mistletoe- the husband came home from work with it!
I need mistletoe!!!
I have been looking locally but it seems quite pricey for a small bunch… enjoy yours x
I love all your foliage too. I agree that mistletoe is in short supply and really expensive this year. I have homemade felt mistletoe!
Oh it all looks beautiful! Hope you had a lovely Christmas too x
