For most parents the beginning of a new term can be an expensive venture. With children needing a full winter uniform, shoes, bags and PE kits, not to mention trainers and stationary.
Lucky for me my four year old is just starting reception so i can cross a few of those items off of the list as not needed for now. I can see it being a real financial struggle for larger families and many seek the help of finance companies such as Ocean finance company.
Olivia has a few weeks to go but seeing as we live a fair distance from our local shopping center we have been shopping to stock up on the essentials that we need to get her off to an organised start.
Here are the items i have purchased so far for the new school year.
Most of my Daughter’s uniform is branded, however i can save on a pinafore and i bought a plain grey one from the local supermarket. I also made sure to look for the next size up leaving plenty of room to grow.
It is important to me that Olivia stays warm during the winter months and so we bought some grey tights to go under her school dress and a new batch of vests.
I tried to find a strong, well made bottle that will last Olivia through the term and something that is not prone to leaking.
