I embrace my fuller figure and i am not afraid to still wear a bikini at the age thirty something….
However as a busy mum traveling on holiday with a young child i still want to look good for my Husband whilst parenting our Daughter beside the kids pool. I am a fan of several swimwear brands especially the Miracle suit. I already have a costume from this company and in case you missed it you can spot me wearing a different pattern and style by clicking here.
On our recent family holiday i took two swimwear garments from Patricia Eve. I took one David bikini and a miraclesuit shape wear swim suit.
Although the David Bikini is fab for a fuller figure, i am not too sure if it suited mine. The briefs are high waisted and the the bikini straps are thick and firm which gives for a good hold. In my opinion i think the David bikini would suit a smaller chested figure as the bra is not underwired. The quality of the garment is strong and durable, i was still able to play and swim with my family and have worn it a few times. The material has washed well and has not bobbled which is a usual swimwear trait from other brands.
My next review is onto the miraclesuit shape wear swimming costume. Of course i have raved about this style on the blog before and i still love it. I really like the colors and the pattern of this particular style. Most of all i love the fact that it holds me in and makes my posture feel and look slender and taller. Every fuller figure should own a Miraclesuit and i can confirm that the investment is well worth it.
You can purchase The miraclesuit or the David Bikini and see a wider selection of their products over at http://www.patricia-eve.co.uk/.
I enjoyed reviewing the products and all images were self shot.
My Model mummy blog was gifted two pieces of swimwear in exchange for an honest review. All opinions and images are my own.
