I have been making pancakes for Olivia ever since she could chew! At first we stuck with the healthy raisin variety sweetened with cinnamon but these days if we have pancakes we go for the full on vanilla flavoring and syrup variety. Very naughty but great fun! We use shapes to cut stars into our pancakes and add banana and raisins.
We love to eat a soft boiled egg (dippy eggs) as Olivia likes to call it and we all have our own novelty egg cups. Mine is hand made with love hearts which I painted at a clay studio, Marks is a novelty Heinz egg cup and Olivia has a big red London bus! It is so cute that I like to display it on the dresser when she’s not using it.
Olivia is quite well traveled and is partial to a continental breakfast. On a lazy day I love to serve her little varieties of foods including cheese and ham, a croissant and some fruit such as Apple. She also adores cherry tomatoes which is a bonus so I add a few of those too!!
