This week i am once again joining in with Beau Twins linky – Wellbeing Wednesday and i want to share a particular diet i have been testing out recently.
This diet is very simple and consists of eliminating lactose, fructose and carbohydrates from your meal plans. Obviously as a busy Mum i do not consume entirely low fodmap foods but i find having a small printout on my fridge helps me to stick to the diet and makes meal planning so much easier.
So basically these are foods that are easy to digest. Since following this diet i have felt tons healthier and i also feel less bloated. I am more awake and aware than ever as my body is not bunged up with heavy carbs.
I find having a list of low fodmap foods to hand or stuck on my fridge helps me not only to eat healthier but to also put together a shopping list and meal plans too.
