As the new year set in i decided it was time to kick start my health and fitness regime. I was lucky enough to be given a new juicer as a Christmas gift and was eager to start juicing. For some reason i have always stuck by the food moto “the darker the better”. I only ever buy dark greens, spinach and rocket for my salads and i am a fan of darker fruits. Blueberries, blackberries, red grapes. Did you know darker fruits have better anti aging properties?! I have been juicing with all these dark fruits mentioned including kale, spinach and celery. Everyday i have been adding an extra ingredient to my juice whilst blending and that is two small spoonfuls of pure Acai berry powder. Not only does this super fruit contain antioxidants , it also boosts energy naturally. Please be aware that if you are going to purchase a powdered variety of this fruit to approach a reputable company and do your research for pure Acai berry. I have been juicing now for 21 days and feel amazing.
Every month i am going to introduce an agreement into my lifestyle for 21 days to help me feel healthier.
For the month of February i will be stretching every morning or evening for a total of 5 minutes for 21 days.
